Terms & Conditions

1. Partnership Agreement

By applying and being accepted into the Exuberance partnership program, you agree to these terms and conditions. This partnership agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both Exuberance and the driver.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Exuberance partnership, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a clean driving record
• Have at least 1 year of professional driving experience
• Pass a background check
• Maintain valid insurance coverage
• Comply with all local and federal transportation regulations

3. Vehicle Use

The vehicle provided is the property of Exuberance's dealership partner and is provided to you under this partnership agreement. You agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for transportation services
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition
• Follow all maintenance schedules
• Not allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Not sublease or transfer the vehicle

4. Insurance & Liability

Exuberance provides comprehensive insurance coverage for the vehicle. You are responsible for maintaining proper personal liability coverage. The insurance provided covers the vehicle but does not cover personal injuries to yourself as the driver.

5. Revenue Share & Payment

Revenue share terms are outlined in your individual partnership agreement. Payments are processed weekly via direct deposit. Revenue is calculated based on gross earnings minus agreed-upon partnership fees.

6. Maintenance & Repairs

All scheduled maintenance and repairs covered under warranty are paid for by Exuberance. You are responsible for reporting any issues immediately. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the driver.

7. Driver Responsibilities

As a partner driver, you agree to:

• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain professional conduct with passengers
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Report accidents and damage immediately
• Maintain a minimum 4.5 rating on ride-sharing platforms
• Submit to random inspections of the vehicle
• Maintain valid driver's license and insurance

8. Accidents & Damage

In the event of an accident, the insurance policy will cover damage. Minor wear and tear is expected. For significant damage or repeated incidents, additional charges may apply. All accidents must be reported within 24 hours.

9. Termination & Withdrawal

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the vehicle must be returned in good condition. Any outstanding fees or charges will be deducted from final payment.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this partnership will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state law.

11. Changes to Terms

Exuberance reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
